Before the agreement of tenants of the SRA project, you should check the following documents from the developer:

  1. No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from SRA: This certificate is required to ensure that the developer has obtained all necessary permissions and approvals from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA).

  2. Sale Deed: This document is required to transfer ownership of the property from the seller to the buyer.

  3. Electricity bill of the seller: This document is required to verify that there are no outstanding dues on the property.

  4. No-dues certificate issued by the housing society: This certificate is required to verify that there are no outstanding dues on the property.

  5. Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Aadhaar Card of both buyer and seller: These documents are required for tax purposes.

  6. Share Certificate and Occupancy Certificate of the property: These documents are required to verify that the property is legally owned by the seller and that it is fit for occupancy
