I believe you want to know which of the two- Baner (Supreme Estia) and Balewadi (Kunal The Canary), is a better property to invest in. My friend had a similar confusion between the two properties so we went on to enlist the pros and cons of both. I would love to share that list with you here.
Supreme Estia Pros:Supreme Estia has a great construction and infrastructure quality.
It is supposed to be less crowded than Kunal The Canary.
It is costlier than Kunal the Canary by approximately Rs. 10 lacs.
It has a good floor plan with 8 towers
Has more modern features and amenities
Is less costly than Supreme Estia
This property is located close to the river and in a flood-prone area
The roads are not well constructed near the property.
