Renting a space to a bank for ATM installation is great, but a lot of requirements must be met prior to it. Here are the ones I know about

The location of the property must be good and in a populated area
The surface area of the property must be between 60 to 100 square feet
The applicant must have NOC for the property and more
Once you meet these requirements,
Visit a bank and ask the manager where they are looking for a property for ATM installation or not
Check the online platforms to see whether there is a post regarding the same or not
Check out newspaper daily since a lot of banks post an ad there to install their ATM
