Usually, when a bank requires rental space, they publish an advertisement with property requirements. You can check out ads or notifications in a newspaper or their official website. Some general requirements:
The property should be in a developed residential area or in a commercial area
The property’s surface area should be 60 to 100 square feet.
The property needs to have a space for server room and facility of dish for network connectivity
You’ll have to file an application in the financial institution or bank for ATM installation with all the relevant details of the property like the built-up area, nearby landmarks, etc. Depending on the footfall and demand in the locality, the bank will accept or reject the application.
