Before purchasing a property we should always evaluate the property and assess its value. To make a proper assessment it is important for us to know the age of the property. Since you are looking for an assessment of properties in Hyderabad I will share the approximate value of the property in Hyderabad.

Approximate 2 BHK price -

Shaheen Nager-  Rs. 1,235 per sqft.

Krupa complex- Rs. 2,400 per sqft.

Bolaram - Rs. 2,154 per sqft.

Ghouse Nagar-  Rs. 3,111 per sqft.

Quba Colony- Rs. 1,667 per sqft

Well, we can also consider assessment as in property tax assessment. So, I will also provide you with the formula of how to calculate property tax:

Property tax = base value × built-up area × Age factor × type of building × category of use × floor factor.

You can easily do the online self assessment with the help of GHMC website.

The property owner can submit new assessment via online provisioning information such as Building Permission Number, Occupancy Certificate Number, Locality Name, nature of the building, usage, plinth area. You will be able to see the approximate yearly tax after giving this information.

Documents required for new assessment of property tax:

  •  Registered Sale Deed / Gift Deed / Partition attested by Gazetted Officer. 

  •  Link Documents attested by Gazetted Officer.

  • Building Sanction Plan (Xerox) iv. Occupancy Certificate.
