I have recently purchased a flat in Gurgaon. You can buy a house online. I will share step by step guide of what I followed.
I opened my laptop and googled 'real estate websites'.
A website popped up, I clicked on it.
I selected ‘Gurgaon’ in the drop-down option.
Further, I entered 3 localities I was interested in.
I selected the property type and property status.
The website will display a list full of flats available in the area.
I selected the price range and apartment type.
I clicked on the property I liked and got the owner's details.
Soon after I visited the property and spoke to the owner.
Some of the areas in Assam where you can get a house are Guwahati, Jorhat, Tezpur, and Digboi. My advice is, visit the portal of a real estate website like 99acres, housing.com, magicbricks, etc., it will be helpful.
