As an OCI Holder - If I choose to work from India (exercising my right and opportunity to work from home) for my parent country, Do I need to register to pay taxes in India as I am already paying my taxes in the parent country?

If you are an OCI Holder and have been a resident in India for more than 182 days, you are supposed to pay taxes and file income tax return in India.
