Are there any issues in Bren Imperia project?

I purchased an apartment in this project in 2023, and I can share my Bren Imperia reviews here. Like Rishi, I too haven’t faced any major issues as of now. What I love about the project is you’ll find all kinds of necessary and luxurious amenities here. From sports facilities to housekeeping, there is everything. There are 540 units of 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments, spanning across 16 acres. They also have a huge clubhouse of 44,000 sq ft, the apartments are quite spacious and well-ventilated. I was a bit doubtful about the location, because I wanted it to be close to my office. So, when I checked the

Bren Imperia address, I was relieved to know that it’s merely a few minutes from my workplace. 

However, if you are asking about issues, let me tell you that I have heard my neighbours from a different tower of this project complaining about seepage issues and poor construction quality. A friend of mine lives in the next tower, and she told me that their flats have many other issues like poor electrical fixtures and low-quality floor tiles. Personally, we haven’t faced any such issues as of now, and I think these issues are the result of wear and tear, and can be resolved with maintenance. 

Legally, it’s a verified project with Bren Imperia RERA number,

PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170907/000390. So, I’d recommend you visit the project once and have a look at the apartments if you’re interested. The Bren Imperia price list starts from Rs. 53 lakhs, and considering the location, I think it’s a great deal.

I have recently purchased a house in the Bren Imperia project. I will share my experience of living there. This luxurious apartment complex is developed by the Bren Corporation. The project is divided into phase 1 and phase 2 like various other developments. It is located on Haralur Road. The address is Sy.33/1, Shubh Enclave, Haralur Road, Varthur Hobli, East, Taluk, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.

I don't have any overarching complaints about the project. There is a gym, football field, jogging track, indoor swimming pool, playground for the kids, and more. Everything that can make your life comfortable is present in Bren Imperia. 

There have been discussions about the project being located on a wetland. This was a point of concern for me as well. But the construction of this project is sturdy and there have been no Bren Imperia issues as such till now. 

The project was launched in 2015 and I made the booking in 2017. The Bren Imperia project was completed in 2021. I took possession in August 2021. I didn’t have any complaints even with the completion of this project which actually is a big problem with many other projects in Bangalore (or so I have heard).

There are variations of flats available i.e. 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK. Even with the different number of bedrooms, each flat has

a German modular kitchen and similar flooring furnishes. The main door of all the flats shows luxury with a Teak Wood frame.
