I believe the possession will begin in June 2022, however, there is no official word from Piramal Estate Pvt Ltd. The Piramal Vaikunth possession might be given out cluster wise. It starts in March 2022, continues in December 2022, June 2024 to December 2025 depending on the cluster in which you buy the house.

Piramal Realty has been now for 10 years. Just ask them how many projects have they completed in these 10 years. The answer is none. They keep extending the possession date in all projects.
I am not saying this because I am disappointed as a buyer. This is true. Dont believe me? Just check this on Rera website. Search with promoter name as Piramal. You will find that dates for all the projects get revised/extended every 6 months.
