There are 3 BHK flats spread across 4 acres of land. There are 302 units and the location is one of its biggest advantages. Major areas like Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Harlur, Outer Ring Road, etc can be reached quickly.
In terms of amenities, there are 2 clubhouses, a co-working cafe, a swimming pool, a fitness studio and 15 other amenities. The Bren Zahara price ranges from Rs. 54 Lakhs - Rs. 2.38 Crores, but given the location and benefits of having a flat here, my partner and I agreed to book the flat. Overall, you can consider the property and give it a visit once.
