As per my knowledge, you can claim an exemption under Section 10(13A) only for the accommodation occupied by you. Regarding the rent paid for your parents, a salaried individual won’t be able to claim any deduction or exemption. So, HRA exemption can be claimed only for the property where you pay rent for your accommodation.
