Are facing a problem with your money debited from ATM but not sent to the person you are supposed to. If this is the case, you should contact your bank immediately, they will let you know what kind of issue you are facing. Also, ask the beneficiary if his/her account is still active. I hope after approaching the bank you will get your money back or the money will be sent.
