Hey friend,

I see you are in a tricky situation. I will answer your question with the best of my knowledge.

How do I challenge a registered sale deed?

You can challenge a sale deed on legal grounds. It can be challenged if the execution is done by  fraud or coercion. The court will require proper proof about the claim before making a decision.

You will need to file a declaration suit before the civil court for nullifying the Sale deed. Further, you will need to make sure your application under s. 5 of the limitation Act is accepted for the registered sale deed to be challenged.

To answer your question ‘can a registered sale deed be canceled’. Yes, It is possible to cancel a registered sale deed by registering a cancellation deed.

You can consult a lawyer to know the best steps for protecting yourself.
