I love the layout of After The Rain villas. The entire place screams luxury and aesthetic! The overall design of the villas is excellent. You get a view of the outdoor area and waterbody from the kitchen window. The project is described as an “earth-sheltered villa community” by the developers. The best part is the small private gardens in each villa. The architecture of the villa is thoughtful and inspired by the villas abroad. All in all, read the After The Rain review and visit the project site to see how everything is being constructed before booking a property.

When I visited After The Rain for the first time, I noticed that the infrastructure of the project was well developed. Everything was meticulously planned. There are good schools and colleges not far from the project. I don't foresee any major issues occurring in the villa project as it is under construction right now. After The Rain is roughly twenty minutes away from the airport. All the major amenities are present within the boundaries. Though, the last point in my After The Rain review. I do think the cost (INR 5.17 Cr -inclusive of GST) of the villa is quite high.
