Hey Pal,
As per rules the owner has the right to label you as a trespasser after your leave and licence agreement expires but if he is good, he will let you stay. I once had the same issue so the owner asked me to renew the agreement or leave but I just had to stay for a week so we made a deal. He took 10 days' money from me but not all owners are the same. It is better to solve this issue mutually. You should be giving 15 days rent only but since your agreement has expired, you will have no such say so just try to convince as much as possible.

After Leave and license agreement expires and I want to stay for another 15 more days with the owners permission, what will be the rent that I pay? Is it the whole month or just 15 days?
