A Flat is Gifted to one of the family members by five nominees in favour of one Nominee. However out of five Nominees two are expired. One expiree was divorcee and has no children. But the other expiree was not divorcee but separated and having one daughter not staying with her. Now the three Alive nominee executed an Indemnity Bond to the Society that they will settle the matter if and when any claim on the property is claimed by the deceased legal heir. Will Indemnity Bond will be okay and valid and can it be accepted by the Society. Please guide

Hey pal,

The validity of indemnity bond is three years from the date given in the bond. I think, if your bond has been registered according to the laws of the country, it will be valid and accepted by the society. Though, the bond can be challenged when there is dispute over the provisions given in the bond.
