Go to the Bhoomi website

You will see a 'For Citizen' option on the home page. Click on it.
Tap on the ‘View RTC and MR’ option.
A tab will open where you need to provide details such as District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, and Survey Number.
Hit 'Go'.
Tap on 'Go'
The property details and owner details will appear on the screen
You can check land record details if you have the Khata Number with you too.
Tap on https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/service64/
Fill up the information such as district, Taluk, Hobli, Village and Khata number.
Hit ob 'Get Report' to generate property details.
