12 years old apartment in Hyderabad, we live on the 5th floor and the 3rd-floor owners complaining of leakage on us. We did several small works like white cementing and stopped using the bathroom for several days. Now they are saying to remove all tiles and come out to check the problem. And they are saying that I need to pay for that. The maintenance person and the 3rd-floor owners are not sure about the leakage problem also. If any problem is there who is responsible for that work changes?
