संपत्ति के दस्तावेजों जैसे आईडी प्रूफ और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेजों के साथ अदालत का रुख करें।
स्थगन आदेश (
स्टे ऑर्डर)
की मांग की प्रकृति और कारण का उल्लेख करें।
अगर अदालत सभी सबूतों को सही पाती है, तो वह स्थगन आदेश (

दे सकती है।
