My father purchased land and registered our residence in my mother’s name. Unfortunately, my mother died without preparing a Will. I have two younger brothers and a sister who are all abroad. My father is staying with me and I have been taking care of my parents for the last 25 years. Who all will have a share in this property. Please advise.

X expired. X prepared Will on wife and two daughter. Wife sold the property to (A) now after ,16 years A is sold to B. Secondly, on the share certificate the society directly transferred from x to (A). Now the present secretary not issuing NOC to (B) to get bank loan. How to solve the issues?

My late father was in possession of Ancestral property of 7.33 acre land. Out of that 1.00 and 0.33 acre land were registered in the name of my elder brother, daughter, and my sister respectively without podi. Now remaining portion of land is in joint account in the name of my late elder brother and other three brothers as 0.20, 1.20, 1.20 and 1.20 acres respectively. Now we want to do pode and register it. We request you to suggest how to do it and how to apply for podi?
