If I have provided a way for an another man’s property through my land 8″ width through an agreement for certain lakhs, and he has made a concrete slab connecting to my land and his land at the end of the 8″ width (road) , do I have a constraint for obtaining the r.o.r for my property, or being an agreement whether it’s a particular mention?

I booked my unit in 2013 and agreement executed in 26march 2014. Possession time is 3 year and 6month grace period. But builder still did not give possession. I filed a case in up rera. Rera ordered to refund my payment with interest. Now builder filed an application for order rectification. Builder say rera did not consider amended agreement. Builder stoped my assured return from jan 2021 then builder sent me a assured return adjustment plan. My wife is co allottee with 50%. She did not acceptthis plan. Then the make call 2-3 Days to accept this plan I also denied to accept but builder pressured me to accept this otherwise I will not get assured return and without car parking your unit not rent out and write ok on emai. Then i write ok on email. Now builder say in his application i write ok for plan therefore it is amendment of agreement. After 5 days i sant email to builderthat i dont accept adjustment plan. I did not sign any agreement and my wife also did not sign any agreement . I want to know that my ok on email can be a amended agreement??

What if you buy a plot and after sometime you get to know that their is dda issue on your plot and maybe the the khasra number in which your plot is acquired and also on your registration there is different number and on online gsdl map that is different
