Hi We gave our first floor on rent. And now I don’t want to. But my Nanni made agreement in the name of my brother because mine and his name is mentioned on the electricity bill. And he without letting him know she took his sign. Is this agreement legal? I don’t want to keep tenants, even no one in family. I’m not sure if the property is still on my father’s name. But electricity bill has both me and my brother’s name. What can be done now? Is my sign necessary? How can I vacate the property from them?

I decided to purchase 36 cents empty land. We made agreement to pay Rs:35000/cents and I paid 3 lakhs 10 thousands. But when it got surveyed we got only 15 cents. I agree to buy 15 cents and I pay 2 lakhs 15 thousands within six month. But I failed to pay balance amount due to my personal problem. But seller knows my problem and he orally extend time to pay balance amount till six month but suddenly seller dies .We mentioned this to seller’s wife and daughter as 1st parties. Seller’s another daughter arrived, and she is not mentioned in agreement. What about my advance amount. I m ready to pay balance amount and register land. Can I have any legal stand agreement not registered only notarized agreement now. Also seller’s family and I have good relationship. So what to do now with this situation?
