Parents have two sons,father was suffering from aneurysm, he had loss of sense.He had two sons, but both are staying separately. The young son was staying with father and taking care of father.After death of mother ,father had made and registered gift deed in 2015 in favour of younger son .Father passed away in 2020, after the death of father younger son put the Gift deed in society for transferring the property to his name, but the elder son whose wife is chairman and her husband who is also co secretary in society is not allowing to transfer the share in the name of the younger son. He said he has saying to society that he is having objection as he claiming that his father was ill and younger son has forcibly made gift deed in his name. But when father was alive, father him self went to registerer and made the gift deed, in 20 years of time elders had never come to his father to ask about how he was doing and how is health is Younger son has done his duty and taken care of his father till his last breath. So that case, can thisGift deed be challenged ?Or if not then what will be action take and also when property was take in 1999, an agreement was made in name of 1st father name and second younger son name

If father has passed and gift deed was made earlier but not submitted in the society. Father was disabled ,loss of speech but was completely in sense, he had two son ,but coz father was staying with younger son ,so he give made the gift deed in his favour. Is an NOC required from elder son ?and lf the elder son is the chairman of society, can he be authorised to stop transfer in society and

I and my wife have two House/Residencial properties registered in in joint name where mine is the first name. Both these properties are registered in Gurgaon. My wife( co owner) died . She had got registered WILL made in my favour (Co-owner,husband). Now I want her name deleted from from the mentioned properties so that I become the single owner in properties Title. Please guide me to carry out above mentioned task.

I am buying an investor flat. Is it safe to make the payment in investors name or I should do it only in the builders/ property name. They have agreed to do all documentation and sign a mou when i make the payment in name of investor. How will it be proved I am buying the apartment and i have paid investor for that
