My grandfather died in 2003 leaving self-acquired agricultural land without a Will. He has a wife, 2 sons and 2 daughter including my mother. Property was not divided however RTC changed and all 5 legal heirs names were entered. My grand mother died in 2012 and my mother died in 2015. Can we ask my mother’s share of property now. Is their any time limitation to ask division of property and ask for my mother’s share?
