Dear sir, we are six children of two central government employees. Two daughters and four sons. Eldest son a retired state government employee. Second and third daughters are housewives. Fourth son lives in other city with own house for thirty years. Fifth son was given father’s job compassionate grounds, owing to his ill health had died, married to central government employee and made sufficient investment deposits and in own property. And thereafter living separately. And died of ill health. His children are calming partition of my mother’s he self acquired property. The legal heirs certificate mentions only mentions only five children and not the deceased son (fifth child – son).

In property documents the name recorded as K Lakshmi Kumar as husband name Shivaji Kumar when no system of Aadhar card. Actual name is K Lakshmi which is in Aadhar card voter card and also passport. Now how to change in housing documents from Lakshmi Kumar to Lakshmi
