I’m buying a resale flat. The owner had repaid his home loan but the bank is just ignoring to make a reconveyance deed or deed of release. The owner is following up with the bank since last 6 months. I’m currently living with my mother and sister, my parents live separately and it’s my mom who is paying for all my expenses now. Her annual salary is just close to 3 lakhs and we’re living at a rented apartment. Our ration cards are still at the house my father lives in, and that is considered our permanent address according to aadhar cards. Can I apply for EWS certificate considering that my mother’s income is below 8 lpa and that there is no monetary support from my father’s end? He is not working at the moment, it’s his interest money that he uses now.
