Father’s house property was partitioned among sons through a release deed without giving a share to daughters. It is mentioned in the release deed that there are no coparceners except sons, which is absolutely false & wrong.,because there are 3 daughters alive. Can daughters claim their share in the father’s property? And can daughters approach the court for cancellation of the release deed for the reason cited above?

My grandfather gave half of the property to me with a settlement document(which we can hand over after his death(unless he just utilises the property). After 1 year my father died due to COVID and now my grandfather’s younger son, made my grandfather write the whole property instead of the rest of the half property in his name. They made a registration recently as a Gift deed. I need a detailed explanation

Hai sir, My self K Nageswara Rao. I bought a plot which DTDC approved in my name in 2021 February. My mother who is dependent on me has a house where she lives. Here, I have two questions… 1. I am planning to take a personal loan to renovate the house owned by my mother. Thus can I claim a tax on interest paid on a personal loan under section 24 (b) of the IT act? If yes, is the limit 2,00,000/ or 30,000/-? 2. If the first procedure is not possible, then I am planning to take a loan on my owned property, i.e., a loan against property to renovate my mother’s house. In this case, the claiming of tax on interest paid for a loan against property is possible or not?
