We bought an apartment in 2020. The registry was done on 13th March 2020. We have received the share certificates in our names. Aadhar, electricity bills and gas bills have been changed into our names. We have paid property tax for the last three years, but the property bill has been coming in the name of Mr Dinesh & Kavya Shetty from whom we bought the apartment. We want the property bill to come into our names. What to do?

A friend of mine is unmarried and she is having a pension of Rs. 15000 / month (her father is a postmaster in central gov. employee). But she has an earning of Rs. 12500/ month from a property and it is recorded in Court for some other case. We understand that the income will not exceed 9000/month. What will be the next procedure, the neighbour threatened her to report to the gov. authority for her income and ask to stop her pension. What is the allowed income for unmarried women who are having pensions?

A SITE WAS PURCHASED FROM A GPA HOLDER AND IT WAS REGISTERED IN THE SUB REGISTRAR’S OFFICE IN 1997. LATER IT WAS SOLD TO ANOTHER PARTY BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER IN 2005. WE HAVE KHATA, TAX PAID RECEIPTS AND A CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE ISSUED FROM PANCHAYAT. ONE SMALL SHED WAS ALSO THERE. LATER IT WAS DEMOLISHED AND WHILE CONSTRUCTING A HOUSE, THE PARTY WHO PURCHASED IT IN 2005 CAME AND OBJECTED AND FILED AN ORIGINAL SUIT ON THIS PROPERTY RUNNING FROM 2007. WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IN SUCH A CASE?

I purchased an old flat and now our association is planning to reconstruct our apartment. I am not willing to accept it now since I purchased it recently. Any guess when they will implement and what would be the clause for those who bought the old flat through a home loan as per associate Act 2022?

My mother 94, residing in Hyderabad wants to make POA, to sell a flat in Vijayawada. Can POA be signed by a notary or only the registrar has to do it? What are the expenses involved by way of stamp duty etc? Can the costs be compensated at the time of registration by the buyer?

My mother had purchased a flat in Manmad, before 2000. We are in a process of selling the flat. But the buyer is asking for building plan, which we do not have. The local municipal authorities are not able to find it as well. Is it stingent to have the building plan, without which the sale deed cannot be executed? If yes, what is the solution? Building CC and OC are with us. Will it be sufficient to execute the sale deed?
