We (family) transferred our plot as marriage gift to our sister on marriage. We mentioned her name on gift deed but we also mentioned our brother in law’s name in that gift deed with registration as (w/o) wife of, by his name. So, my question is, can my sister alone, without need of my brother in law, sell that property?

What about the maturity of bonds given as interest on the principal bonds?? DO they mature along with the principal bonds? To clarify my question, adding an example. Say, that on bonds of $500, interest rate is 10% and maturity period is 5 years. So when the PIK is made at the end of first year of bonds worth $50, these will have a maturity period of 4 years and the PIK at the end of second year will have a maturity of 3 years. Is that true??
