If the property is jointly owned, then the surviving owner automatically owns the whole of the property when one of them dies. This is the case even if the deceased left a will leaving all of their assets to someone else

अगर वसीयत करता अपनी वसीयत में अपने वसीयत में 1 पुत्र के बच्चों को वसीयत कर देता है तथा दूसरे पुत्र के विषय में अपनी वसीयत में उल्लेख नहीं करता है तो क्या वह वसीयत न्यायालय में चैलेंज करने पर टूट जाएगी।

You can create a new document with a new term. If both parties agree to it, the start of the new term can be backdated so that there is no period of time in which they are not covered by the contract. Get your legal woes
