I have a jointly purchased flat.(mother & son) I also have elder sister I am ready to pay her 25% share in the property .But she wants 50% or 50 lakhs I tried to settle the matter but she doesn’t listen I am homeless for last 6 years .The court also in the judgement said it’s a jointly purchased property .What to do to solve the problem?
