Looking for recommendations on locations/societies where I can buy a 3BHK in Mumbai? Is it right time to invest in a property due to Covid or should I wait for the pandemic to get over? My budget is 2.5 Cr. Any specific builder/society you would recommend? Since MH govt. has reduced the stamp duty to 2%, so giving it a thought.
