Sir my grand mother (nani) going to purchase a property in her name from my money (nati), Question 1: Is this property is called as self acquired property? Question 2: If it is self acquired property then she can write a will in my favour(nati) and no one has right to share the property? Question 3: the property is not yet purchased but allotment letter issued from housing borad, Is she eligible to make will in my favour? Question 4: if in between she die without execution of registry from housing borad then can the housing do the registry in my favour by executing the same will done by grand mother(nani)?
