Hi, my brother and myself are the legal heirs of the property which is currently in the name of my mother. My father has been seperated from the family almost 30 years back and we are not sure of his where abouts. Also my mother died 14 years back. Now as sons we both decided to sell the property. Right now we do have an Endorsement from Local Municipal Office. There is not Will written by my mother. Also we have house documents . Not sure where we should start to transfer the property successfully and what all additional documents required by Registration office in order to carry out the transfer. Please do guide me. Thanks in Advance.
