Dear sir, Main Pune me Talegaon dabhade me rahta hu, meri society redevelopment ke liye ja rahi hai..12 flats ki society hai.lekin mera home loan chalu hai..builder ko loan karke chahiye…sab society members force kar rahe hai loan clear karne ke liye…but now I am not able to clear this loan amount Rs.12.5 lakhs. Builder ne offer kiya ki wo mera loan bharega lekin usake badale me usako mera flat unake naam pe karna padega, aur usake 1 mahine bad wahi flat main unase Rs.20 lakhs me kharidana padega..unlog muze dhamkiya de rahe hai…main kya karu? Sir help me ,sir? Need ur suggestion.any legaly action, etc…thank you sir.
