When my mother (had 3 sons and 1 daughter) was alive, she distributed her self bought property amongst her 3 sons on a 1000 rupee stamp paper, signed by all 3 sons, their wives and herself. Although during her lifetime the mutation wasn’t done. Now, she is no more, so Can a daughter claim her share in that property? Can someone please answer.
