I and my father bought a 3BHK house on loan registered in my father’s name. I paid all the instalments for the loan and completed the whole loan. All the transaction record from my account to my father’s account is there, now the situation is I am having a dispute with my father for some personal reason and my father has denied giving this house to me after his lifespan. He has threatened me to give this house as a gift deed to my cousin, what should I do now in this case? Can I acquire my share in this house?
