Hello Mr. Shah, I was just going through your website article on “Consent of 51% for the redevelopment of MHADA, Cessed, SRA & Small buildings)” My query is: I live in a Cooperative Housing Society of 21 members (standalone building). It is not an MHADA building but was constructed on land belonging to MHADA (99-year lease) located at Borivali West, Mumbai. The building is 27 years old (from the date of OC) and *not* in dilapidated condition. In fact, the building conditions are perfect. In this case, what is the % consent required for redevelopment? Is it 51%, 70%, 75%, or 100%?
