I have paid the half brokerage and some token money to the owner but didn’t sign the rent agreement. I had to cancel due to some issues but now that I am asking my money back the broker asked that he will check with the owner if some money can be returned. It’s been a while since I have heard from him and if I call him then he is disconnecting my calls. What should I do to get my advance brokerage and token money in advance?
