Sir my chawl room is under pagdi system under my deceased father’s name. We do have all the documents from the past 47 years that we are the tenant. However, no one is residing there and the room is vacant as the landlord is not allowing us to keep any tenant in that room. What do in such a case? How to get our proeprty back?
