How will I earn money?
Share details of owners or sellers looking to sell or rent-out their property. If the property gets posted on NoBroker through you, you will get a reward
How much will I be paid?
There is no upper cap to the earnings.
For a property in an apartment building you will be paid Rs. 500 for every property
activated. For an independent house/standalone buildingproperty Rs. 150 for every
property activated
For Home Services you will get paid 5% on order value. (for eg. for a painting job of
1lac. you will get 5% of 1 lac ie Rs. 3750). There are incentives on top it as well so
total payout will be much more than 15k per month
When will I be paid?
When the property lead you have shared gets posted/listed on NoBroker, you will be eligible to withdraw the payment in your UPI linked account. Payments 24x7
