By participating in ‘The Mumbai Photo Contest by NoBroker’, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Contest is organized by NoBroker.com, and it is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, except employees and immediate family members of NoBroker and its affiliates.
The Contest will run from 27th July, 2023 to 5th August, 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Participants may submit their entries through the designated submission channel as specified by the organizer. Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 5 photographs.
All photographs submitted must be original works of the participant. By entering the Contest, participants represent and warrant that their entries do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
By participating in the Contest, participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the submitted photographs for promotional purposes related to the Contest or future events without further compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or edit the photographs as necessary.
