PG for Girls in Erandwane

PG Accommodation available near Prabhat road for females Hello, I have a 4 room-2 bedroom flat in a very safe neighborhood and is located on Gangote Path. It is available only for females and the rent is 6000 per person for a month. One has to pay 6 months rent in advance, 1 month's deposit and sign a 1-year contract. Electricity is included in the rent. A total of 10 girls stay here and we provide each girl with a bed, locked cupboard, chair and study table (Study table is shared between 2 girls). We also a water purifier and a kitchen stove to make tea and coffee (Cooking is not allowed though). This place is a steal and is across the street from Kamla Nehru Park. It has lots of reasonable eateries very close-by and is 5-10 minutes walk from lots of colleges like Fergusson College, Garware College, BMCC and ILS. It is a residential area and is very safe. The owners stay in the same building where the PG is located. The in-time is 10PM and no overnight guests are allowed. Men are not allowed in the PG.
