PG for Anyone in Sadashiv Peth

It's a small self-contained flat on the 2nd floor of a semi-commercial building and this flat is consisting of one room of 12 X 24 ft. divided in 2 parts by a partition. One part is facing the main road (Lal Bahadur Shastri road) near Ganjave Chowk or Sai Sagar Hotel) and it has the kitcjhen platform, the other is the same size. I live alone in one of the parts and if the paying guest needs to use the kitchen / coooking facility, he / she can live in that part. I can cook in my part. I'm 70 yrs. old Gentleman without any kids and in case of a female she should feel secure in her part. There is a passage of 12 X 4 ft. while entering and it's an enclosed balcony. If and when needed, one more person can sleep there at nights, subject to my approval and extra charges, if any relative comes to visit you and wants to stay for a couple of days. The toilet has a commode and the bathroom has a shower and an extra water tank of 1000 ltrs. We never have any shortage of water or elecricity, no weekly cut in supply etc. I'm a very liberal and non-religious person. Any idols or pictures of God, prayers in loud voice etc. aren't allowed. Night time music or dancing or boozing etc. not allowed. Non-veg. cooking is allowed. Smoking is allowed in the passage. Underground parking for 2 wheelrs and a lift service is also available. Your room cannot be shared by anyone else unless they pay extra, like Rs. 2000 PM. Hot water charges extra - Rs. 200/- per month. I pay the taxes, maintenance, electricity and property tax etc., so nothing extra.
