My apt is essentially 2 units combined into one. The following points should give you an overview of the setup:
1> The unit includes two 2BHK apartments 125+126 (combined horizontally). Total (SB) area is approx 3100 sq-ft. Although this is one combined dwelling unit, as per Total Environment's policy the two apts were registered separately. There are separate sale deeds, khathas and elec meters.
2> The basic idea was to create a lot of open space, what was essentially a 5BHK has been modified to a 3BHK. The master bedroom is two bedrooms, the second kitchen is an open family area, and there is an open common space running through most of the central section.
3> Each apt has a terrace garden.
4> The unit includes a dual car park (accommodates two cars length-wise)
5> Load allowance for each unit has been enhanced to 5KVA. The apts also have two separate independent UPS based 110V/220V lines (for sensitive equipment)
