It is a 2.5 BHK flat by plan, but converted into 2 BHK during construction to have bigger Hall cum Dining area. The flat has AC in all rooms, Faber chimney in Kitchen, Geysers in the bathroom, Modular Kitchen, Cupboards in rooms, 24 hrs Gen backup, 3 Balconies, covered car & bike parking etc. All windows and Balconies are covered with Grill. We do have school, play area, gym etc.
