Yashraj Park traditional complex with all nice family around , with towers from A to M. Firstly please make a note, as the site doesn't give option to show 1.5 bhk hence had to select 1bhk, I could have selected 2 bhk but then this is a heaven for anyone looking for a 1 bhk or needs a 2 bhk but doesnt have that budget. We were exactly at that situation looking for a 1 bhk with the avl budget but hoping to have a 2 bhk by stretching a few lack, and one day we came across this house and closed the deal in 2 days. Yes I am in sales and this may sound like a sales talk but then the house speaks for itself, a perfect east facing house with the positive energy, perfectly ventilated. It was an invesment house for us and we rented it out but the fact that from the day we brought it around 5 years back to till date, we have had only one tenant, he never complained of anything and I think that itself is a great testimony for a house that is rented. The flat is facing the hugh society ground/ kids play area which created a good gap between the wing on the opp side hence there is a great amount of ventilation and airiness.
