Rent is Rs.18000/- which includes the house rent, utility bills, maid expense, grocery and vegetables I look after the house therefore you wouldn?t be responsible for the house maintenance, stocking up the kitchen and the maid. Most of time i cook but the kitchen is open for you. We have a cleaning maid coming in the morning and basic cook coming in the evening We don?t have many guest or friends visiting us so there is no disturbance.
