The washing machine and chimney are from bosch. 9. The balcony has a special wpc flooring that raises the charm of the house by a few notches 10. I have installed curtain track across the house - These are those sleek aluminium rails that are very easy to use, looks a million times better than those round rods and compliments that overall look of the house. 11. I have installed grills on all windows ( This may slightly water down the view and looks of the house but is absolutely vital if you are having kids around when it comes to safety) 12. Dorma soft closure for the main door - All the main doors at the apartment complex slam shut because of the high winds in the area. This was also a major safety hazard. I have installed dorma door closure to eliminate that. All you need to bring are : 1. Sofa - Something low and minimal will be apt for this apartment. 2. Stove 3. Fridge ( I have a 25% discount coupon which you van use at any bosch store) 4. Curtains ( If you are on a budget, ikea has some lovely black out curtains and sheers that you can look at. You will need black out curtains for this house) 5. Mattress - I have made provisions for double beds in all rooms ( 5*6) If you have kids, there are schools that are about 15-20 minutes away from the apartment. Vaels billabong is one such option - A lot of kids from the society study there and the school offers daily shuttle to and from the apartment. If you are working in the it corridor on omr/siruseri, the apartment is less than 10 km away from it. If you are working in the city, adyar/thiruvanmiyur/taramani are all about 15 kms away (30-45 minutes drive each way) You won't find many homes like this for families & bachelors in Muttukadu that you can rent. This North facing home is on the 10th floor & comes with a car and bike parking facility. This semi furnished 3 BHK apartment has everything that you need.
