This is a ground floor 2 bedroom house. On entering the house you have a large living room (Hall) with a showcase on the far side. On the right side of the living room are 2 decent size bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes with plenty of space for storage in each room. As you go past the showcase, you come to the dining space/hall with kitchen on the right side, pooja room on left side and bathroom on far left side. There is a back door on far rightside which leads to a small space with a tap and a slab to wash clothes. There is a seperate toilet at the back.
Overall it is a clean and well maintained house, ideal for any young or old family. On the first floor there is a family for rent and on the top floor my patents live who are the owners.
The building has grill all around which ensures more safety. The neighbours are friendly and supportive. The house is very close to 100 feet road near Kamakya theatre/BTS Bus depot with easy access to public transport, Autos and taxis (Ola/Uber). There is a new public park at the end of the road used for walking and it also has a play area for children. There is another park closeby.
